Meet Jim and the family behind your comfort.
Jim Schiffler brings 38 years of hands-on HVAC experience to Ocean City, Ocean Pines, Berlin and the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. Established in 2017, Jim Schiffler Heating & Air, LLC is family owned and operated. Jim and his son work with our installation crews and service and maintenance technicians, while his daughter takes care of the bookkeeping.
Service, repairs and maintenance are at the heart of what we do. We listen, understand your system and explain the options—whether that means a repair, a seasonal tune-up or planning a replacement. We care for year-round homes, beach condos, summer rentals and light commercial properties. Many of our customers live in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Virginia or New York and count on a local team to help with their coastal property.
- Family owned and operated, with local crews
- Licensed & insured in Maryland and Delaware
- 24/7 emergency service
- Heat pumps, furnaces, central AC and ductless systems
We come to your property—there is no public office or storefront. Call to discuss access, booking dates and your service needs. We work with American Standard and Mitsubishi Electric equipment, and financing is available through Enhancify.
