Can you help if I live out of town and own a beach rental?
Yes. Many of our customers own second homes or summer rentals and live elsewhere. Tell us about your property, booking schedule and access arrangements so we can discuss a service visit, pre-season maintenance or replacement planning.
How do I know if it’s time to replace my HVAC system?
Frequent repairs, rising energy use, uneven temperatures, coastal corrosion and an older R-22 system are reasons to get an assessment. Systems around 10–15 years old deserve a closer look, but age alone does not mean replacement is necessary.
How long does an HVAC replacement take?
Timing depends on equipment access, duct changes, electrical work and the scope of the installation. Jim can explain the expected schedule after seeing your home; do not assume every replacement is the same.
Is a heat pump or gas furnace better on the Eastern Shore?
Heat pumps provide both heating and cooling and can suit the coastal climate. A gas furnace may make sense where fuel is available. The best choice depends on your home, utility costs, electrical capacity and comfort preferences.
